I have always loved the water, and have been a competitive swimmer since I turned 5. I am originally from the Greater St. Louis area, but I swam in college for Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. In 2018, as my senior year of college swimming & my swimming career were coming to an end, I knew that I wanted to keep competing, but wasn’t sure what I wanted to do yet.   I watched one of my former college teammates complete in Ironman Louisville later that year, and I knew right away the title “Ironman” was something I wanted to earn, too. I got my first “real” bike in 2020, competed in my first triathlon in 2021, and I became an Ironman at Chattanooga in September of 2022. The first 2 years in this sport have been a whirlwind! I’m so very excited to see what season 3 has in store, especially being on this amazing team!
